WorldWebs LLC Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and related services operated by WorldWebs LLC ("WorldWebs," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Maplewood, New Jersey, United States. These include JamieSpace, Maplewood Online, other town and community sites operated by WorldWebs, and related WorldWebs services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). WorldWebs LLC is the operator and the party to this agreement, even when a Service uses a different site or community name.

By using the Services after being given notice of these Terms, or by expressly accepting them when asked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.

Additional terms presented for a particular feature, subscription, advertising service, or business service apply to that offering. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control only for that offering. Community rules may supplement these Terms but cannot waive obligations owed to WorldWebs or rights protected by law.

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Services change. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the affected Service or another appropriate channel, except when a change must take effect sooner for legal or security reasons. Changes apply prospectively. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance when permitted by law.

3. Accounts and privacy

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another person or use another person's account without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. Review the Privacy Policy linked from the Service you use. Public posts may be viewed, copied, or shared by others. Use care when posting personal information about yourself, children, or anyone else. These Terms do not authorize uses or disclosures of personal information inconsistent with our Privacy Policy or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Services lawfully and follow applicable community rules. You must not:

  • Threaten, harass, stalk, defame, impersonate, or unlawfully discriminate against others, or violate their privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • Post unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, infringing, or exploitative content, or disclose another person's private information without authorization.
  • Upload material you do not have the necessary rights or permissions to share.
  • Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or access restrictions, or interfere with the operation or availability of the Services.
  • Send spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or deceptive solicitations, or post advertisements in areas that do not permit them.
  • Harvest personal information, including email addresses, without authorization, or use automated activity that circumvents restrictions or disrupts the Services.
  • Remove ownership notices, misrepresent the source of content, or assist others in violating these Terms.

5. Community features and moderation

The Services may include discussion boards, messages, groups, calendars, personal pages, listings, reviews, and other communication features. Keep your contributions relevant to the feature and follow its posted rules.

We may review, decline, restrict, or remove content and may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security risks, or conduct that harms the Services or other users. We do not promise to review every contribution. Where practical, we will provide notice of an account restriction; immediate action may be necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address serious violations. You may contact us to request review of a moderation or account decision.

Users are responsible for their statements and conduct. User posts, including posts by volunteer moderators or community hosts, do not necessarily represent WorldWebs' views. A moderator or host is not authorized to make commitments on behalf of WorldWebs unless we expressly authorize them.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including posts, photographs, listings, and other materials ("Submissions"). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and grant the license below.

You grant WorldWebs a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and transmit your Submissions as reasonably needed to operate and provide the Services. This includes displaying your chosen name or username with your content, making technical adaptations, and allowing service providers to process content on our behalf. This license respects the visibility settings of the feature where you submit content and does not make private messages public.

The license lasts while your content is on the Services and for the limited period reasonably needed afterward for backups, legal obligations, and copies already shared through the Services. Removing content does not remove copies independently retained by others. We do not owe compensation for uses authorized by this section, and we are not required to publish or retain a Submission.

7. WorldWebs content and trademarks

The Services' software, design, branding, and content supplied by WorldWebs or its licensors are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or exploit that material. WorldWebs, JamieSpace, and other names and logos used on the Services may be trademarks of WorldWebs or their respective owners. These Terms do not grant a trademark license. User content remains subject to its owners' rights.

Copyright © 2026 WorldWebs LLC and/or its licensors. All rights reserved.

8. Third-party links, listings, and transactions

The Services may contain links, advertisements, business listings, event information, and offers from third parties. A link or listing does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee. We do not control third-party websites, products, or services. Their terms and privacy practices may differ from ours.

Unless we expressly identify WorldWebs as the seller or contracting party, transactions with other users, advertisers, businesses, or event organizers are between you and those parties. Check relevant details, prices, availability, and suitability before relying on a listing or completing a transaction.

9. Paid services

Prices, payment obligations, subscription periods, renewal arrangements, cancellation methods, and refund terms for paid offerings will be disclosed in the applicable order, checkout, or service agreement. These Terms alone do not authorize a recurring charge. We will provide notices and obtain authorization for charges as required by law. Nothing here removes any cancellation or refund right provided by law.

10. Availability and information

We may change, maintain, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments in a paid-service agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of information will be accurate, complete, or current. Community content is for general information and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional.

11. Warranty disclaimer

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WORLDWEBS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT OVERRIDE AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY WE GIVE YOU OR ANY WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

12. Limits on liability and protected rights

To the extent permitted by law, WorldWebs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services, such as lost profits or business opportunities. This exclusion does not apply to liability arising from our fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For New Jersey consumers, the warranty disclaimer and liability exclusion in Sections 11 and 12 do not waive or limit rights or remedies under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act, or other nonwaivable protections. These Terms do not exclude recovery for damages, statutory remedies, or attorneys' fees that applicable law entitles you to recover notwithstanding a contractual disclaimer or limitation. You retain the right to report complaints to government agencies and to pursue remedies available by law. The same preservation of nonwaivable rights applies to users elsewhere.

13. Ending use of the Services

You may stop using the Services at any time. Contact us if you need help closing an account. Closing an account does not by itself cancel a separate paid agreement; use the cancellation method disclosed for that offering. Suspension or termination does not eliminate obligations already incurred or rights and remedies provided by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including accrued payment obligations, intellectual property protections, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.

14. New Jersey law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without applying conflict-of-law rules, and applicable United States federal law. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that otherwise apply to you.

Subject to any nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. You and WorldWebs consent to those courts' jurisdiction for those disputes. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive the right to participate in a class action.

15. General provisions

These Terms, together with applicable additional terms, constitute the agreement between you and WorldWebs concerning the Services. They do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. If a court finds a provision unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

16. Copyright concerns and contact

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, email jamie@worldwebs.com with your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the specific URL or location of the material, and an explanation of your ownership or authority to act. We may request additional information to evaluate the report.
